This woman is gazing at the stars as she talks to God.  Why? When? How?  She is probably asking  God, when will my wish come true? 

Waiting is an uncomfortable human condition that has benefits.  Okay, so the benefits are a little bit harder to see when you are in this season of your life.  As so often is the case, the benefits may not be revealed until much later.  One of the benefits you may experience is that you are more appreciative when you receive your request.  Waiting is the hard part.  In the waiting period leaning on God is important.  Go to the word, seek God's guidance.  In our Bible we find encouraging words, some of my favorites are do not lose heart, be patient, and in all things trust God.  Waiting is also a part of becoming a mature Christian.  It is something we all must do at one time or another.
