"A Tree of Life"

This painting is a representation of "a" tree of life mentioned in Proverbs 13:12.  Beth Moore taught a Bible class using this verse that inspired this work.  My summary of her class is that anyone who has had a longing fulfilled in their life has had a tree of life experience.  She described a longing as something that you have wanted for so long that your heart ached to have it.  The tree of life in this painting was received when a longing in my own life was fulfilled.
